I help stressed adults struggling with making difficult life changes who are feeling, overwhelmed, and disconnected in areas of Mind, Body, Heart, and Spirit. You truly can create, achieve, and maintain your highest vision of who you are!

I am passionate about guiding adults as they navigate their way through life with a new sense of mindful, loving attention and alignment between personal and profession identities and roles.

Together, through online courses, programs, group and 1:1 coaching, we navigate what you’re going through to gain insight, clarity, and confidence to overcome anxiety and generate positive forward movement from where you are to where you most want to be.

Rather than trying to change the problem, we first focus on changing our relationship to the problem with an inside-out approach. To achieve true, lasting change we must first go within. I know this may sound "woo-woo" to some--that's okay. You wouldn't be here if you hadn't already tried other methods and tactics to overcome what you're working on.

I believe balance IS possible. Pausing for a moment to gather your bearings, gain the skills needed to plan your next steps, and learn practices in becoming more mindful and present in your day-to-day life can go a long way toward moving you forward. Sometimes we need to stop to see where we really are in relationship to where we want to go.

Coaching involves an active partnership between coach and client providing feedback, insight and guidance from an outside vantage point specifically designed to help you change course toward the destination you are most wanting to achieve. By taking frequent bearings along the way, seeing if our feet are really pointed in the direction we want our live to flow, we are more easily assured of positive progress.

We focus attention inward toward those habits and actions that halt or impede our forward progress while strengthening skills and behaviors that propel us forward.

Can you really see where you are from here?

The image above was taken on Pike's Peak outside Colorado Springs, Co. approximately 14,000 feet above sea level. The view finders provided for visitors to see the vista below were useless that day because of the fog.

I took that photo as an example of where most of us are as we're trying to figure out why we're not getting to where we most want to be... The reason?

We can't see where we are right now. We are so surrounded by our own familiar thoughts, definitions, and beliefs that we've forgotten how to STOP, take a breath, and start over.

Everything we do, everything we are, every action we take or choose not to take involves our own personal path.

Stay On Course

When a sailor plots a course from San Diego to Hawaii she doesn't just head west into the sunset.

Instead, she takes frequent bearings to ensure she is on track. If her ship veers off course due to wind, tide, current, or even a lack of skill she can keep adjusting her way ensuring that she will reach her planned destination through diligence and discipline.

Our life is full of behaviors, events and distractions that knock us off course. We rarely check-in to see if we need to make course corrections. Instead we keep sailing into the sunset until we realize we've become lost.

You truly can navigate from where you are to where you most want to be. Change is constant, balance is optional.
